Information we collect
Account and profile
- Email address and password; passwords are stored using standard security practices on our servers, and the app stores an authentication token securely on your device.
- Parent or guardian display name and age you enter during setup.
- Child profile information you add, such as name, emoji or image avatar, theme preferences, task and reward data, progress, streaks, and related activity logs.
Content you create
- Tasks, completions, rewards, redemptions, friend entries, and similar app content synced to your account.
- Optional photos you choose for avatars, processed and stored as part of your profile data on our systems as configured in our app and API.
Device and app data
Basic technical data typical of mobile apps and APIs, such as device type, OS version, app version, request timestamps, and diagnostic information our servers log when you use the service.
Notifications
Your reminder preferences, such as daily reminder time and per-task reminder settings. Local notifications are scheduled on your device, and we store the preferences needed to keep your account in sync across sessions.
Payments (optional)
If you purchase a subscription, Stripe processes payment. We receive subscription status from our payment flow, and we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Microphone and photo library (optional)
The app may request microphone access if you use features that record custom sounds, and photo library access if you pick a profile image. We only use these features when you choose to use them.
How we use information
- Provide, operate, and improve TinyWins, including sync, authentication, and support.
- Personalize the experience, including child profiles, themes, and reminders.

Children
TinyWins is designed for family use. A parent or guardian should create and manage the account. If you believe we have collected information from a child without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to the nature of the service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
International transfers
If servers or providers are located outside your country, data may be processed there. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
Third-party services
The app may link to or rely on third parties, such as Stripe for payments. Their use of information is governed by their own policies.
